Cancellation or transfer
of an agreed course
booking by a customer
prior to 7 days of
commencement of the
course date will incur
an administration
charge. The
administration charge
will be 25% of the total
course fee plus VAT

Cancellation or transfer
within 7 days by a
customer prior to the
course commencement will
result in the whole fee
being forfeited

A 25%
deposit is required at
the time of booking.
Payment of the full
course fee must be made
at least 7 days prior to
the course commencement
unless other
arrangements have been
agreed with Braim’s
Transport Services Ltd
(BTS). Cheques
accompanying the booking
should be made payable
to Braim’s Transport
Services. BTS reserve
the right to cancel the
booking and offer it
elsewhere if payment is
not received in full

Any
variations to the
booking, course date,
time of attendance, etc
made by Braim’s
Transport Services Ltd
will be notified to the
customer. BTS Ltd will
make every effort to
comply with the original
instructions but in the
event of a cancellation
BTS Ltd will endeavour
to make arrangements for
the delegate to attend
the next available
course. Any refunds that
may be necessary will be
dealt with promptly
within BTS Ltd’s Quality
Management System

Every
effort is made to ensure
all course
notes/handouts and
instructions are
correct. BTS Ltd do not
accept any
responsibility for any
errors or omissions

Any
delegate attending BTS
Ltd’s premises,
including vehicles are
required to adhere to
any notices or
instructions given to
them by BTS Ltd and to
have consideration for
our neighbours in the
area. BTS Ltd does not
accept responsibility
for personal belongings
or vehicles left on its
premises

All
delegates must comply
with Braim’s Transport
services Ltd’s Health &
Safety Policy and their
Legal obligations under
the Health & Safety at
Work Act 1974
